Brokers & Sales Representatives must disclose material facts about a property they are aware of which could affect a purchase decision, including if the home is a former grow op. Purchasing a home which is a former grow op may be tempting becuase of the price however keep in mind there could issues with the electrical and mould related issue plus it may be difficult to get financing.
